1.本機(jī)用于皮革加工業(yè)、箱包業(yè)、包裝業(yè)、玩具業(yè)、文具業(yè)、汽車工業(yè)、聚 胺酯加工業(yè)使用成型刀模對皮革、塑料、紙板、布料、泡棉、尼龍、人造 革、PVC板、EVA橡膠發(fā)泡板等物料之裁斷作業(yè)，配合刀模變化可裁成各 種圖案形狀。特別適用于大平面、大壓力的裁斷作業(yè)。
2.采用四柱下壓式和單（或三只油缸）、雙油缸驅(qū)動（或四只油缸），達(dá)到 高噸位裁斷力，裁斷力為持續(xù)力，可保壓數(shù)秒直至將材料全部裁斷，特別 適用于海綿制品、EVA橡膠發(fā)泡板和汽車裝飾件的裁斷作業(yè)；
3.配有潤滑系統(tǒng)確保機(jī)器精度，提高機(jī)器耐用度；
4.可配置單邊或雙邊自動送料裝置，電氣上實(shí)現(xiàn)互鎖，提高整機(jī)使用效率和 超做安全性
5.液壓系統(tǒng)采用集體回路，可選用水冷裝置，確保系統(tǒng)正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。
