·4、兩邊及底部刷邊時采用圓筒輥刷，并順極板排列方向進行上下左右方向移動，刷邊效果好，清除極板間的鉛膏殘留。

·5、設有多處的粉塵吸塵接口和廢鉛粉收集裝置，采用螺桿全密閉式及廢鉛粉集中吸集結構，設備底部全密閉，刷邊過程無鉛塵，工作環(huán)境更優(yōu)，環(huán)保性能好。
